Make By Design were awarded the contract to design, manufacture and install the specialist joinery and washroom package for our valued client Beard Construction for the newly refurbished office block at One Hundred Victoria Street, Bristol.

Working closely with AWW Architects and Beard Construction over a 20 week design and build programme, Make By Design designed, manufactured and installed the following items of joinery:

• Main Reception Desk including Neolith Retro Stone worktops, brushed brass frontage panels and integrated planters.

• Feature framed brass mesh doors with integrated LED lighting

• Planters with butyl liners

• Washrooms to seven floors including the full design, manufacture and installation of the IPS systems and Arpa compact grade laminate panel systems

• Visitor water stations

• Office Kitchenettes

• Kvadrat Fabric Soffit Panels 

• Lockers to basement

• Vanity Units to basement

• Dryers and towel stores to basement

This project is a fine example of Make By Design's ability to work with specialist trade packages, especially architectural metalworkers and ensuring full design is incorporated into our design and service to ensure a full turnkey offering is provided to our end user.
