Make By Design were awarded the contract to design, manufacture and install the specialist joinery package for Leonardo's Hotel at Glassfields, Bristol.

Working with our valued client Kier Construction over a six month design and build programme, Make  By Design designed, manufactured and installed the following items of joinery:

New Restaurant Seating

New Restaurant Dividing Screens

New Restaurant Ceiling Rafts

New Restaurant Signage

New Restaurant Meet and Greet Pod

217Nr. Solid surface vanity and cistern units manufactured from Staron Acrylic Solid Surface.

Various Egger finishes were specified throughout the scheme, with Staron also featuring on the bedroom vanity units. The jewel in the crown is the restaurant bar manufactured from Egger Davos Oak carcassing, sprayed moulded tulip wood cladding, Arenastone worktops and solid brass glass racks and footrails. 

 

This project was another great example of Make By Design's ability to incorporate multiple discipline materials and manufacture's into our service, with the supply and installation of upholstered seating and architectural metal work incorporated within the joinery

 

Despite many challenges of working during the  COVID19 global pandemic, works were completed on time in March 2021.
