Make By Design were appointed by the Lancer Scott Construction in January 2020 to manufacture and install new class 0 fire rated lift lobby cladding on floors G-6 and a new ground floor seating area at the newly refurbished, One Castle Park office block in the heart of Bristol City Centre.

Each floor within the building received new cladding works around the lift lobbies which consisted of secret fixed 20x5mm American White Oak slats fixed to American White Oak panels which have all been class 0 fire lacquered off site and installed on site.

The jewel in the crown however is the book matched pippy oak veneer seating unit complete with spradlings leather upholstered seat pads and backs and integrated feature lighting. 

 

The challenges in working during the COVID19 pandemic were met project delivery being achieved on time in September 2020.
